A: The air cooler is a water-cooled fan that produces cool wind with water or ice crystals. It has no compressor, power-saving and quiet. It cannot cool the whole room like an air conditioner. It is suitable for local cooling in bedrooms, rental houses and desks instead of large enclosed spaces.
Q: Do I have to add ice water or ice packs to make it work? Can it run normally with tap water only?

A: It can blow air normally with ordinary tap water, acting as a common fan. Adding ice water or matching ice packs will significantly enhance the cooling effect.
Q: Will the air cooler leak water or spray mist to wet the floor and bed sheets during use?

A: It adopts a sealed water-isolated air duct structure. No water leakage occurs when placed stably. Water seepage only happens if the water tank is overfilled or the machine tilts, so there is no risk of dampness in daily use.
Q: Can the air cooler be used all year round? Can it work as an ordinary fan in winter?

A: It is available all seasons. Fill water for cooling in summer, and use it as a regular fan without water in autumn and winter.
Q: Is the air cooler noisy? Will it disturb sleep when placed in the bedroom at night?

Q: Must I use the official matched ink? Can ordinary printer ink be used instead?

A: Only special peel-off eco-friendly nail ink is allowed. Ordinary ink contains harmful substances which are unsafe for nails, and it cannot cure and tends to fade easily.
Q: Are the printed nail patterns easy to fall off? How long can they last?

A: Patterns can last 15 to 25 days with top coat sealing for daily housework; they will fall off in 10 to 1 days without sealing top coat.
Q: Is the nail printer difficult to operate? Can beginners make nail art at home?

A: Easy to operate with built-in positioning assistance. Just aim at the nail and print with one click. Beginners can master home nail art after practicing twice with the tutorial.
Q: Why are printed patterns blurry? How to fix it?

A: Blurriness is usually caused by uneven nail surfaces, insufficient ink or dust on the lens. Clean the lens, refill ink and polish the nail surface flat to restore clear printing.

Q: Will this hair curler burn hands or scalp easily? Will new users get scalded?

A: The outer shell is heat-insulated, only the inner curling part heats up. It will not burn hands or scalp during normal curling, safe for beginners.
Q: Is the hair curler suitable for both wet and dry hair? Will curling wet hair damage hair?

A: It is recommended to use on fully dried hair. High-temperature styling on wet hair leads to frizzy hair; only slightly damp hair can be styled at low temperature.
