Shop with confidence. You have 60 calendar days from delivery to request a return. For eligible unused items, no reason is required. Promotional and clearance items are included.
Free Return Shipping
We cover return shipping worldwide for eligible returns, including personal reasons, incorrect items, faulty products and transit damage. There is no additional return freight charge. Customs duties for quality-related returns are also covered by our store; personal-reason returns do not include customs-duty reimbursement.
Return Eligibility
Please return the product unused and undamaged, with its original packaging, manuals and accessories. Hygiene-sensitive items and consumables must be unopened and unused. Complimentary gifts have no separate refundable purchase value. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incomplete, our team will help arrange the return.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service within 60 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
- We will provide return authorization, the return address and a shipping label.
- Pack the item securely with the original packaging and accessories, then return it using the supplied instructions and share the tracking number.
Your Refund
We inspect returns within 3–5 working days of receipt and process approved full refunds within 5 working days. Refunds go to your original payment method; payment arrival typically takes another 3–7 working days, depending on the payment provider. The value of any missing parts or accessories is deducted from the refund.
1-Year Product Warranty
Products include a 1-year global warranty. For quality-related faults within the warranty period, you can choose free repair, replacement or a return and refund. The warranty and 60-day return service work together.
